In the 1950s Howard Menger was taking people out in the woods in a place called Highbridge, New Jersey. Howard was sign painter at that time. Howard had a wife and children. Howard showed a journalist pictures of the flying saucers that he had photographed. Howard ended up taking this journalist up to a field to see the crafts; however, at that time none showed up because some of the people that were with him were carrying guns.

Another time Howard took another group up into the woods where they saw these pulsating lights in a ravine on the ground. These crafts were translucent and you could see through them almost like a vacumn tube. These crafts would change color and be pink and then green. The group with Howard was totally awestruck. One of the women in the craft got out of the ship, she was kind of ghosty apparation floating over the meadow. This figure was seen by all of the people there.

Dr. Hertold Schwartz told the story that he believed Howard to be very sane. Connie Menger who was a journalist covering the story eventually became Howard's wife. Connie after grocery shopping saw a pearl like craft hovering over a nearby field. Connie saw another pearl like craft on their Honeymoon. Connie told a story of seeing a fleet of discs that were flying nearby thier farm. One of the disc dipped for Connie and she was pregnant with thier first child at that time.

Howard was quite and calm. Howard was a thoughtful man that most people would like. Howard was a very kind man that most people would like to have as a neighbor. Most people dont expect a person interesting in flying saucers to look and act like Howard Menger. Connie, Howard's wife, states that its logical to assume that there are non-terrestrails throughout our cosmos. If they are coming now as they have come in the past, then why would Howard as well respected man in his community go through all of this trouble to ridiculed, harrased and loose a lot of his business for what purpose. Howard lost heavily trying to get this message out. Howards motivation was not money because he lost his first home because of the pursuit of this information. People think that they were trying just to sell their book. This was a labor of love and not a labor of money. They were losing a great deal of money in the pursuit of getting this information out.

Howards most fascinating adventure was his trip to the moon in August of 1956. Howard got in a craft at location one in High Bridge, New Jersey. The extra-terrestrials invited Howard into the craft and a friend that went to school with him was also in the craft. He found himself in outspace with about nine people inside of the craft. They could see the earth getting smaller and smaller through one of the port holes. The earth looked like blue tennis ball with white clouds. The moon was getting larger and larger through the port holes. The could see on the other side of the moon a line between the light and the dark. There was a small city in that location and our government knows all of this. Our government is keeping all of this from the public. Time is very difficult when you are flying in these crafts. On the moon trip Howard thought that it took ten days; however, when he came back he did not have to shave. So Howard stated that it was really less than 8 hours that he was in the craft. So the is something in their technology that affects time. Howard stated that they were time travelers. Howard stated that their technology was so advanced that they might not even have left the planet in a craft. He said that they might have gotten in a craft but through their technology might have not traveled in the way that we would normally consider traveling.

Connie stated that when Howard would get back from a contact he would be elated. Connie stated that Howard would be bursting with good will when he came back from a contact. Howard's early contacts with the visitors made him form theories about electromagnetism and gravitation. Howard experimented with exotic propulsion on this basis. Howard's theory is that an electromagnetic field surrounds the craft which cuts off the Cosmic Particles coming in. So gravity that is coming in as a push is no longer able to push in the area of the craft. The craft will rise and will cancel out the push that is gravity. On that theory Howard was able to get a craft off the ground. In 1951 Howard built a 4 foot long radio controlled craft that was able to fly based on his ideas about how gravity works. This craft looked like a flying saucer. Howard flew the craft quite a bit around High Bridge New Jersey are. One time in the afternoon the craft got away from him. He lost control of his craft. It was a radio controlled craft. It went up about 500 feet and then went west. Howard was pushing buttons like mad and the craft just did not respond. At that time the craft cost 60,000 dollars to build. It took Howard two or three years to save the money and buy the parts for that craft. Two weeks later FBI agents came to his shop in New Jersey. The FBI agents told him that his craft crashed on the Ohio Pennslyvania border several hundred miles from his place in New Jersey. The FBI agents were able to trace him using the serial numbers on the parts. They told him to stop flying and building these crafts. They told him that he would be visited by people from the Pentagon that were very interested in the propulsion. In the 60s the sponsered Howard Menger to go to Colorad Springs and build a craft working with 80 other scientists and engineers.

Howard, along with the other scientists, built a 40 to 50 ft craft. Howard stated that all of the engineers and scientists were told not to talk. Howard stated it was a wonderful experience building this craft. The government paid for a Mercedeze Benz that the government paid for so that he could drive back and forth from Highbridge New Jersey and Colorado Sprints. However, there was a price because Howard had to leave the UFO movement. Howard stayed silent voluntarily because of national security. Since Howard was a patriotic citizen and a veteran of the United States Army Intelligence from back in WW2 he did keep quite for security reasons. In those days the Soviet Union was at odds with us. They did want this techology out for fear that it would get into the wrong hands and be used against us. Any cotacts with UFOs had to be given up at this time. Connie Menger stated that it was very difficult for the family at this time. Howard could not even tell his wife when he was going to be coming and going. Howard eventually decided to give it all up until a latter time. The life of his children was influenced by the Space People. Hiedi and Eric were the children of the Menger's. Howard was a human being that had an extra-ordinary experience and was bursting with information. This information did leak out over the years and there was persistant questioning. Connie stated that Howard would go over the parables that the non - terrestrails told him. Trying to figure out what all of these things meant. Connie stated that they had some of this knowledge in them all of the time.

Connie stated that the human race had been seeded by our non-terrestrail ancestors. So that information was there it just had to be probed. Connie stated that they did not lead an average normal everyday life. There minds were always probing and reaching into that exciting field of non-terrestrails. Connie stated that there was more to us than one could ever imagine. When the space people ended their contact with Menger in 1958 they left many unanswered questions. Howard stated that the original angelic people that he talked to years ago in the fifties. Howard had many trips in the crafts and these people told him that they would be back in 2012. The extra-terrestrials stated that they go in cycles. Howard stated that they also had the ability to travel in time. Howard stated that they had bases on Venus, Mars, and many other planets. Howard asked them, "Well where do you come from?" They said, "We have just come from the planet that you all Venus" That does not mean that they are from Venus. They are travelers and they might have a base there. When our astronauts went to the moon and came back they were not moon men. They traveled to the moon and back. Our astronauts are earth people. The people that Howard had contacts with were no there to interfere in our civilizations. Our advanced civilizations have advanced on lesser civilizations and ended up destroying them. These people were here thousands of years ago when there were oceans where there is land now. Where there was land there is now oceans. These civilizations that used to be there have gone down and disappeared. Atlantis and some of the other civilizations have gone away. These ETs come back to check on us. These ETs are our ancestors. They helped us to rise of from homo-sapiens to what we are now. We are now thinking human beings that can make tools. We invent technologies now to assist us. These ETs layed down laws thousands of years ago that are in our scriptures today. These laws are in Holy Books all over the world. These Holy books are said to have come from extral-terrestrial contacts. These extra-terrestrials were considered Gods in those days. These beings were looked up to and worshiped. We made statues that looked like them. All we have to do is to read our scriptures and live the life it recommends in the scriptures. If is says "Thou Shalt not kill" then we should not kill. If it says dont covet your neigbbors wife then we should not do that. Moses, Buddha, Jesus said these things and they were contacted by these beings.

Connie believed that there was a program to educate us step by step that we being instituted by the ETs. These ETs are gradually making us aware of our birth rite. But it has to be a very slow process. Who we are and what we are is locked in our ancient scriptures and our mythologies. This information is locked in ancient books all over the world. If we collate the information then we will see the pattern emerge. However, we have to go very slowly because the memory of this information has been wiped out from most of human kind. As a matter of fact, we may have been a quarnteed planet for a long time. Now that we are being monitored again, some of the brain cells that they have graciously given us are beginning to expand. A lot of us are beginning to recognize that we belong to a galactic family. Our purpose is to inform as many people as possible. We should be able to give some scientific background when we inform others. We are not alone and we come from a very different heritage than anthropoid. We are children of the stars that have come through an evolutionary process because that is natures way of producing better forms for better life expressions. These ETs leek information out by direct contact cases. They also use holographic means to get the information out slowly so that the mind has the opportunity to adjust. There is a mental adjustment that needs to be done. This needs to be done on a slow scale and as it accelerates and it will become a world wide thing. That is where the consciousness uplifting begins. Once the world is aware that there are others out there that look very much like us. That is why they are sending those that are like us. These entities are very close to use biologically. These entities are our family. This process must be done slow because a higher culture can destroy a lower structure. We have an infrastructure in our religion and industry that will fight this information.
